CAAF Warns of Potential Fraudulent Conduct
Several individuals are posing as CAAF employees without being authorized.
The Water Supply Consortium of Fuerteventura (CAAF) has issued an alert on its social networks, reporting that a number of people have identified themselves in the municipality of Antigua as CAAF workers and have been requesting information on water flow rates and quality.
The Consortium confirms that there are no employees assigned to this task in Antigua, indicating that these interactions could be fraudulent or criminal in nature.
The public is urged to remain vigilant against such behavior. The same warning was issued three months earlier in the Gran Tarajal area, suggesting a possible recurring criminal pattern.
