- A competition for the best decoration
“We invite the community to take part in an activity that is already well‑established thanks to the great work of the Empronor association, and that helps energize Corralejo’s commercial area,” said Lolina Negrín, Island Councillor for Commerce.
The initiative is part of the “Empronor, Your Local Commerce” campaign, fully funded by the Department of Commerce of the Cabildo of Fuerteventura. Its aim is to boost economic activity and consumer spending in small businesses while offering a fun, family‑friendly alternative during Halloween.
“Empronor continues to work on revitalizing our local commerce. Once again, it does so through the Halloween celebration, seeking to entertain both the residents of Corralejo and visitors to the municipality. We invite everyone to enjoy the day with their families,” emphasized Isaí Blanco, Mayor of La Oliva.
The presentation also featured Stefan Schroder, President of Empronor, who thanked the Cabildo and the La Oliva City Council for their support, as well as Alexandra Martín, Councillor for Commerce.
“Halloween Come Have a Scary Time” is now established as a highly anticipated fixture on Corralejo’s calendar, blending fun, commercial dynamism, and festive spirit in northern Fuerteventura.
