Flight diverted to Lanzarote with six unruly passengers aboard
Pilot demands police presence on the runway
A flight bound for Tenerife was forced to make an emergency landing on the island of Lanzarote, with the pilot also requesting police presence on the runway because of six disruptive passengers on board.
The Vueling flight, departing from Málaga on an Airbus A320, landed safely on the “isla conejera,” with no further incidents reported, according to ENAIRE, which coordinated police deployment with the airport. (We will continue to provide updates.)
