Guacimara Sosa joins Tuineje city
The new councilor assumes the areas of Festivities, Youth, Transport, and Citizen Participation
The Tuineje City Council held the swearing‑in ceremony for the new councilor, Guacimara Sosa, who joins the governing group of the municipality. She will be responsible for the areas of Festivities, Youth, Transport, and Citizen Participation.
With this addition, the council strengthens these departments, which had been managed provisionally by the mayor and other councilors who are currently on medical leave. The aim is to improve administrative agility and give a fresh boost to these sectors.
In this regard, the mayor, David Herrera, on behalf of the governing group, welcomed the new councilor and expressed his support for this new phase,
“which, although it carries great responsibility, also comforts us knowing that we work to improve the lives of the town’s residents.”
