Hotel in Caleta de Fuste Sold for €51

Atom sells the Eurostars Las Salinas hotel in Fuerteventura, buyer undisclosed

Atom Hotels has signed the sale of the Eurostars Las Salinas hotel, located in Caleta de Fuste, for €51 million. The 4‑star property (originally planned as 5 stars) offers 223 accommodation units—including rooms, suites and villas—and sits on the beachfront of Playa del Castillo, one of the island’s main tourist hubs.

The complex, classified as 4 stars (5 stars in its original project), combines lodging, dining and leisure, and features a commercial gallery on the promenade with 20 retail spaces. In addition to the 223 rooms, suites and villas, the hotel provides restaurants, bars, a tennis court, a sports area, a children’s playground and extensive leisure zones, creating a offering aimed primarily at vacation and family tourism.

Atom says the transaction highlights continued interest in the assets of its REIT portfolio, which has carried out several disposals in recent years, as well as the attractiveness of Canary Islands tourism hotels for investment.

The Canary archipelago accounted for 24 % of the total investment volume in Spain in 2025, with €1.039 billion spread across 17 transactions, according to the 2025 Hotel Investment Report in Spain prepared by Colliers.

Atom and Hotusa

With this deal—adding to the most recent divestment—Atom Hotels now holds a portfolio of 21 hotel assets and a total of 5,265 rooms. The company maintains a portfolio focused on premium‑category properties in Spain’s leading tourist and urban destinations.

In recent years, several assets from Atom Hotels’ portfolio have been operated by the Hotusa Group, including Exe Coruña, Exe Rey Don Jaime and Eurostars Las Salinas.
