La Oliva purchases new vehicles to boost municipal security
New Fleet Unveiled
The Town Hall of La Oliva this morning presented four new cars and three new motorcycles intended for the daily duties of the Local Police.
“This action reinforces the Council’s commitment to Security and Emergencies and represents another step in the comprehensive improvement of protection for locals and visitors,” municipal officials explained.
Equipped Cars
All four new cars are fitted with tablets and printers, allowing officers to perform a large part of their police work directly on the street. Integrated cameras and detainee kits are among the innovations that facilitate agents’ service.
Electric Motorcycles
The three new motorcycles, purchased with European Next Generation EU funds, are mixed‑use vehicles suitable for both off‑road and asphalt surfaces and are 100 % electric.
