One Person Dies in a Rollover Near Parque Holandés

The tragic incident occurred at 00:17 h last night on the FV‑104

A driver died shortly after midnight on Saturday after his car rolled over and became trapped inside on the FV‑104, near Parque Holandés, while heading toward Puerto del Rosario.

According to the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112, the La Oliva fire brigade rescued the man so he could be attended by the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC). However, medical personnel could not save him because his injuries were incompatible with life, and they were forced to confirm his death.

Civil Guard agents then took charge of the necessary investigations.
