Registration Open for the “Puerto Has Talent” Contest
Registrations are accepted until September 22 on www.puertoescultura.es. The gala will take place on September 24 at 20:00 in Plaza Nuestra Señora del Rosario, with prizes of €250, €150 and €100 for the top three finalists.
The Puerto del Rosario City Council announces the opening of registrations for “Puerto Has Talent,” a cultural competition that will be part of the Cultural Week of the 2025 Fiestas del Rosario. The event aims to discover and showcase local artistic talent.
The gala is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24 at 20:00, in Plaza Nuestra Señora del Rosario (behind the church). It will be a unique, open‑air spectacle accessible to the entire community.
The contest offers an opportunity for people of all ages to present their artistic skills in a wide range of disciplines, including music, singing, dance, theatre, magic, comedy, poetry, monologues, circus arts, or any other cultural expression.
Contest Rules
- Registration period: September 15 – 22 via www.puertoescultura.es.
- Participation limit: Up to 20 performances, selected in order of registration and based on diversity criteria.
- Performance length: Each act may last a maximum of 7 minutes.
Prizes
- 1st prize: €250
- 2nd prize: €150
- 3rd prize: €100
In addition, all winners will receive diplomas and cultural gifts.
The competition will be judged by a panel of three local cultural figures, with audience support through a live “applause meter.” A host will animate the gala, introducing each act in a participatory, family‑friendly show that reinforces the municipality’s commitment to accessible, high‑quality culture.
The Puerto del Rosario City Council invites all residents to take part in this cultural event, either as contestants or spectators, in what promises to become one of the most anticipated moments of the 2025 Patron Saint Festivities.
