September Ends Cool, October Arrives with Rising Temperatures

September ends with lower temperatures on the island of Fuerteventura, with more clouds than clear skies, especially on Monday and Tuesday.

From Wednesday onward, the weather becomes pleasant again for the beach and other activities. October starts warmer, and the wind loses intensity, shifting to a northeast direction, which will raise the temperatures.

This means beach days to kick off autumn on the island, with clear skies and very agreeable weather for the weekend.

Sea conditions:

• Monday and Tuesday: waves up to 2.5 m off the north and west coasts.
• From Wednesday: the wind regime changes, the sea calms, and waves will not exceed 1 m off the north and west coasts, with calm conditions on the east side.
