Dear Community,

Simply, thank you.

Thank you for the overwhelming affection and warmth you have shown me these past days. It is not easy to find the words to express everything I feel: you have filled my soul and reminded me of the profound purpose of this profession, of every effort and every moment of dedication.

Thank you for allowing me to accompany you on this journey of illness, with its lights and shadows, and for carving a place in my heart.

And thank you also because, together—patients, families, and the Oncology team—we continue to build the service our island deserves.

I feel deeply fortunate for everything this island and its people have given me.

I also thank my family for their unconditional support, and the entire Oncology team for their daily commitment and humanity, which make this shared path possible.

I will keep putting all my effort and vocation into caring for and accompanying you with knowledge and heart.
