The water front evades us from the east
Light drizzles in different parts of the island on a day when more rain was expected
The announcement by the General Directorate of Emergencies of a pre‑alert for rain on the island of Fuerteventura turned into very light drizzles in several locations across the island.
A storm front that was forming south of the archipelago prompted the decision to issue the pre‑alert due to the possibility of it impacting the island. In the end, the system dissipated over the coast of Western Sahara, moving toward southern Morocco.
The first chance for rain has passed, and from tomorrow onward we will have clear skies and rising temperatures. The sea will remain relatively calm across the island, especially along the eastern coast.
