Trump loses his mind: “Open the damn Strait of Hormuz, you crazy bastards”
In a tone that calls his sanity into question, he says he will “blow everything up” and seize Iranian oil
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, issued his most outrageous threat on Sunday, laced with insults, to Iranian authorities after they blocked navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. He warned: either they open the passage by next Tuesday or he will order a massive attack on Iranian infrastructure. Many analysts say he appears desperate, and no one knows how he will act.
“Next Tuesday will be the Day of Energy Plants and the Day of Bridges, all in one,” Trump declared, adding that there will be nothing comparable to the attack he will unleash if Tehran does not accept his ultimatum.
Trump threatens to “blow everything up”
Shortly thereafter, speaking to Fox News, Trump expressed his utter frustration with the situation.
“If they don’t reach a quick agreement, I’m considering blowing everything up and taking the oil,” he said, while also expressing confidence that a last‑minute deal could still be reached, despite Iranian officials repeatedly refusing his terms from the outset.
To facilitate negotiations, Trump claims that the Iranian negotiators he is dealing with—unnamed—have received a pardon to protect them from further U.S. attacks, such as those that decimated the senior clerical establishment at the start of the war, exemplified by the death of the late Ayatollah Ali Jamenei.
