TUI Nordic Restores Direct Non‑Stop Flights to Fuerteventura from Stockholm
Currently the airline offers the route with stopovers, but in response to demand from the Scandinavian market it has already scheduled direct flights for the upcoming winter season 2026/27.
TUI Nordic has informed the Tourism Board that, starting in the winter of 2026/27, it will restore direct, non‑stop flights to Fuerteventura from Stockholm (Sweden). The service will operate between 30 October 2026 and 9 April 2027. This announcement confirms the effective work the Board has been doing across the Nordic countries to position Fuerteventura among their preferred destinations.
“A giant like TUI Nordic returning to schedule a direct connection with the island is a landmark achievement in our goal of regaining market share in Nordic tourism, which is characterized by environmental values, sustainability criteria and higher spending power,” said Marlene Figueroa, Tourism Counselor of the Cabildo of Fuerteventura.
“We are very pleased to be able to offer a direct route to Fuerteventura next winter. Interest in active holidays and nature experiences is growing, and the island is perfect for travelers who want to combine beach life with activities,” stated Tommy Serban, Commercial Director of TUI Nordic.
