Yellow Heat Warning Continues This Saturday

Temperatures will drop compared to Friday, but could still exceed 34 °C in many parts of the island.

The situation in Fuerteventura remains outside normal parameters for this time of year, and this afternoon temperatures may surpass 34 °C across many areas of the island.

In any case, conditions are improving compared to yesterday, when readings approached 40 °C in most of the island. Dry weather and a high‑altitude dust haze will dominate the weekend.

Regarding sea conditions, waves will not exceed one metre in height along the north and west coasts, while the entire eastern shoreline will be completely calm.
