100 Cheeses from Across the State Compete in the Tabefe Awards
A hundred cheeses are taking part in the XXII National Goat Milk Cheese Competition – Tabefe Awards, which kicked off on Friday as part of the 2026 Agricultural, Livestock and Fisheries Fair (Feaga) in Fuerteventura.
The entries come from the Canary Islands as well as other Spanish autonomous communities, according to a press release from the Cabildo of Fuerteventura.
Jury
The panel is composed of fifteen professional tasters drawn from various regulatory councils, scientific associations, and the restaurant sector.
