Antonio Orozco and Miguel Ríos Lead the 2025 Arena Negra Festival
Gran Tarajal Beach once again welcomes nationally and internationally renowned artists and bands on Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8. Antonio Orozco, Abraham Mateo, Lucho RK and Miguel Ríos are among them.
The Arena Negra Festival, one of the major musical events of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands, returns to Gran Tarajal Beach on November 7 and 8, featuring a lineup of nationally and internationally acclaimed artists and bands. The bill for this edition is headed by figures such as Antonio Orozco, Abraham Mateo, Lucho RK and Miguel Ríos, alongside other national, international and local acts.
- Friday, 7 November – Aldara, Miguel Ríos, Antonio Orozco and Grupo Extra will perform.
- Saturday, 8 November – El Duende Callejero, Guaynaa, Abraham Mateo and Lucho RK will take the stage.
According to the Island Council, the Arena Negra Festival is a cultural and economic event for Fuerteventura that promotes local development and sustainable tourism, always respecting the natural environment.
The event is organized by the Culture Department of the Fuerteventura Island Council, in collaboration with the Government of the Canary Islands and the Tuineje City Council.
Artists of the Arena Negra Festival 2025
- Aldara – Canary artist with a powerful voice and chameleon‑like style, blending pop, Latin, urban and commercial genres.
- Miguel Ríos – Pioneer of Spanish rock, launching an October tour of the country’s most emblematic venues. He will present his new electro‑acoustic work, accompanied by four multi‑instrumentalist musicians who fuse rock and country into a unique sound experience.
- Antonio Orozco – Returns to the stage with La Gira de Mi Vida, an ambitious project celebrating 25 years of his musical career. He will combine his greatest hits with new songs such as “Te juro que no hay un segundo que no piense en ti.”
- Grupo Extra – Composed of Tony Santana, Riko, Yassier Neher, Nefftati Caba and Yewdry Alvarado, this Dominican group is one of the most recognized in the Latin scene, boasting over 40 million YouTube views and renowned for their stage energy, flawless choreography and contagious harmonies.
- El Duende Callejero – Formed in 2017, the band has won the public’s heart with its blend of flamenco, pop and rock, becoming an essential act on the national circuit.
- Guaynaa – Rose to fame with the hit “Rebota” and has solidified his place in the industry with tracks like “Chicharrón,” “Plata ta tá,” “Rompe Rodillas” and “Se te nota.” He holds a Latin Grammy nomination and has amassed more than 500 million streams on YouTube and Spotify, marking him as a leading exponent of contemporary urban pop.
- Abraham Mateo – One of the most versatile Spanish artists of his generation, he is a singer, songwriter, producer and dancer who began his career at seven. In 2024 he released “Insomnio,” his seventh studio album, hailed as the most ambitious of his career and cementing his status in pop and international Latin music.
- Lucho RK – A standout emerging talent from Gran Canaria, his versatile style draws on Latin rhythms and a broad musical palette, propelling him to a meteoric rise. In 2024 he debuted his first EP, “Quién está aquí,” fusing urban sounds with a fresh, emotive approach.
