Fuerteventura will run 1,726 flights this Holy Week
Canary Islands airports will operate from this Friday a total of 15,019 flights during Holy Week, a 4.29% increase over 2025.
Aena’s network of airports in the Canary Islands forecasts 15,019 flights for this Holy Week, specifically between Friday, March 27, and Sunday, April 6. This represents a 4.29% rise compared with 2025, when 14,400 flights were recorded.
According to data supplied by the airport manager to Europa Press, the busiest day will be Saturday, March 28, with 1,638 scheduled flights, while the quietest day will be March 31, with 1,204 movements.
After March 28, the days with the highest traffic are Saturday, April 4 (1,538 flights) and Sunday, April 5 (1,470 movements). In general, every day will see more than 1,200 flights across the archipelago’s airports.
